I just ran across a great quote:
"My grandson recites the Gettysburg Address and he's only nine. Lincoln didn't say it until he was fifty."
-Al Okin
How about a word for the day?
Percipient: adj. An ability of, or knack for, keen perception; n. One who perceives readily.

I like the idea of a quote or word of the week. I may start doing that on my blog. If I don't come up with something good from my reading each week, I'll just randomly pick something from the dictionary.
Speaking of words, my step-mother and I were talking about how sometimes we feel compelled to look up words we've been using for years to make sure we've been using them correctly. Occasionally we find a nuance to the word we didn't know.
